The system should be modern, secure, cloud-capable, scalable, and integrate with existing financial and access control systems. The vendor should provide a detailed response to each requirement, including functionality, technical feasibility, security, cost, and implementation plan. The proposal should also include company overview, project plan, deliverables, and references. • The system should have core marina operations, including vessel/slip management, automated assignment and waitlist management, and support for seasonal, transient, daily, and long-term rentals. • The system should have reservations and scheduling capabilities, including online booking portal, calendar view, email/SMS confirmation, and automated reminders. • The system should have billing and payment capabilities, including invoicing, accounts receivable, credit card processing, and integration with accounting/ERP systems. • The system should have customer relationship management capabilities, including centralized customer profiles, contact history, and automated marketing. • The system should have operations and service requests capabilities, including work order and maintenance scheduling, fuel management, and gate/access control integration.
