Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System-V (ICIDS-V) Sources Sought

The U.S. Army Contracting Command is seeking information from industry partners to support the development of the Integrated Commercial Intrusion Detection System-V (ICIDS-V). The ICIDS-V is a physical security system designed to provide early warning of unauthorized intrusion or attempted intrusion of protected areas within Army Installations. The system must be able to integrate with existing ICIDS technologies and maintain a Closed Restricted Network Architecture. The Government is looking for companies that can provide Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) technology that can provide physical security capabilities for Army Installations, both inside and outside of the Continental United States. Key features of the ICIDS-V include: • Central monitoring through a NETCOM IS Secure Enclave (network system) • Integration with existing ICIDS technologies • Compatibility with DAQ ICIDS technologies • Ability to adapt to working with different OCONUS rules and regulations • Capability to monitor multiple installations from a central location The Government is seeking information on companies' commercial capabilities and experience related to the delivery of these capabilities. Responses should include information on the company's approach, technical capabilities, and experience with similar systems.
