RENTAL UNIFORMS, CLEANING, AND LOCKER SERVICES

The City of Lauderhill is seeking a contractor to provide weekly rental, cleaning, and maintenance services for uniforms, mops, towels, and floor mats as required for various City departments. The selected contractor shall furnish, deliver, launder, and maintain all items in good condition and repair in accordance with the requirements. The agreement shall cover the needs of multiple City departments, including Public Works, Utilities, Parks & Recreation, Fleet Maintenance, and Building Maintenance. • The contractor shall provide new uniforms to accommodate each employee’s assigned quantity. • The contractor must measure all employees for uniforms within two working days of request and deliver fitted uniforms within ten working days after measurements. • Uniforms must be professionally tailored, durable, and consistent with the City’s uniform policy. • The contractor shall collect, launder, and deliver uniforms weekly. • The contractor shall provide and maintain uniform lockers at designated City facilities. • The contractor shall implement a barcode or digital tracking system to record garment assignments, cleaning schedules, and replacements.
