Description
The Department of State Hospitals is seeking bids for Medical Gas Source System Certification Services. The contractor will provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, certifications, permits, insurance, and personnel to provide these services on an as-needed basis. The services will be provided to assist the medical staff at State Hospitals in providing the highest quality of medical care reasonable and consistent with available resources. The contractor must have technicians certified in The American Society of Sanitary Engineering’s (ASSE) Series 6000 Medical Gas Industry Standard.
Some key points to consider:
• The term of the agreement is anticipated to be January 15, 2026, through January 24, 2029.
• A bidder’s conference is scheduled for December 2, 2025, and is mandatory for all bidders.
• Bidders must submit proof of their legal right to do business in the State of California and certify that they are and will continue to meet all terms and conditions for operating a business in the city/county in which the business is headquartered.
• The bid package should be prepared in the least complicated method, and all pages in the bid must be standard 8.5" x 11" paper.
