Buckley SFB - Daikin Chiller Servicing

The United States Space Force is seeking a qualified contractor to service three 200-ton Daikin air-cooled chillers at Buckley SFB in Colorado. The primary objective is to update the chillers' software, perform a complete annual inspection, and diagnose and repair a known compressor degradation issue. The contractor must be able to complete all work within 30 calendar days after receipt of the award. The contract will be awarded based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) approach. Key requirements include: • Updating the chillers' software to the current version • Performing a complete annual inspection • Diagnosing and repairing the compressor degradation issue • Calibrating sensors and actuators • Adjusting settings and parameters to optimize chiller performance • Providing a detailed report of the software upgrade and inspection results
