J065--Edwards Hemosphere Module Preventative Maintenance Inspection and Emergency Repair Services at the Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare System

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking potential qualified contractors to provide preventative maintenance inspection and emergency repair services for eight government-owned Edwards Hemosphere Modules at the Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare System. The contractor will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance inspections, emergency repairs, and providing phone technical support 24/7. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, supplies, and equipment to perform the services. The period of performance is for one year, and the contractor must be fully qualified and competent to perform the work. Some key requirements include: • Performing preventative maintenance inspections on all listed equipment • Providing emergency repair services as required by the government • Providing phone technical support 24/7 • Utilizing OEM checklists and furnishing a copy as part of the service documentation • Providing all travel and transportation expenses at no cost to the government • Providing a detailed service report to the Program Point of Contact within ten business days of PMI maintenance or emergency repair services.
