Rowan University seeks qualified vendors to supply a full suite of audio‑visual (AV) hardware and related professional services across all campus locations. The contract will be awarded on a multiple‑award basis under a Master Service Agreement that may run up to five years, with an initial one‑year base term. Vendors must provide fixed‑percentage discounts off MSRP for a prescribed list of 13 manufacturers, submit flat hourly rates for installation, programming, engineering/design, and maintenance services, and meet stringent New Jersey prevailing‑wage and insurance requirements. Mandatory personnel include two local account managers and two local technicians, all holding AVIXA CTS certifications. The university requires a one‑year warranty on equipment and installation, and all deliveries are FOB destination with no extra freight or surcharge fees.
• Supply of new AV equipment (displays, projectors, sound systems, video‑conferencing gear) from specified manufacturers, with required discount structures.
• Installation, programming, engineering/design, and ongoing maintenance services billed at pre‑approved hourly rates; labor must comply with NJ prevailing‑wage rules and be adjusted annually.
• Mandatory documentation: extensive certifications, insurance certificates, non‑collusion affidavit, NJ Business Registration, and other compliance forms uploaded electronically.
• Contract term: 1‑year base, renewable up to four additional one‑year extensions (potential total of 5 years); start date July 1 2026.
• Strict insurance requirements (GL with sexual‑abuse coverage, cyber‑privacy $5 M minimum, etc.) and a 90‑day quote‑validity period.
