Wireless Network Access Point Upgrade

The Lewisville Independent School District is seeking proposals for a Wireless Network Access Point Upgrade. The selected vendor will be responsible for replacing existing wireless access points with new ones compatible with the existing Cisco 9800 wireless controllers and Cisco DNAC Management System. The vendor will also provide an Enterprise Agreement for licensing, support, and maintenance. The project includes removing existing APs, mounting new ones, configuring them to work with existing controllers, deploying WPA2+WPA3 on primary SSIDs, and more. The initial contract period is from April 2026 to April 2029, with a possible renewal for an additional two years.
