Description
Kennesaw State University is seeking suppliers to provide event services and equipment, including inflatables, yard games, rock wall climbing, fair rides, and more, to support student programming and campus engagement initiatives. The selected vendor(s) will be responsible for providing equipment, entertainment, and services, and will be required to comply with campus safety, insurance, and licensing requirements. The contract will be for an initial term of one year, with options to renew for up to four additional years.
• Inflatables, yard games, and rock wall climbing are among the services and equipment required.
• The vendor will be responsible for timely delivery, setup, and teardown of equipment, as well as staffing and supervision of activity stations.
• The vendor must comply with all campus safety, insurance, and licensing requirements.
• The vendor will be required to provide proof of insurance and to register with the federal work authorization program.
• The contract will be for an initial term of one year, with options to renew for up to four additional years.
