Description
The City of Columbus Division of Water is seeking an Indefinite Quantity Agreement (IQA) for HVAC and boiler installation, maintenance, and repair services at its Cremean Water Plant (4250 Morse Road) and other city locations as needed. Vendors must submit labor rates (straight‑time, overtime, holiday, helper rates), material mark‑ups, trip charges and any other miscellaneous fees. The solicitation requires Ohio state HVAC licensing, workers’ compensation and liability insurance, and compliance with EPA, OSHA, and applicable regulations. Emergency response must be available 24/7 with a maximum 4‑hour response time. The contract will be awarded via a quotation process with a submission deadline of 4 / 29 / 2026.
• Scope includes service of major HVAC brands (DeDietrich, Trane, Carrier, Aaon, McQuay, Daikin) and boiler systems, including VFDs and refrigerant work.
• Pricing must be quoted in USD per labor hour and material markup; freight is FOB Destination, prepaid & allowed.
• Annual estimated spend is $50,000, but no minimum spend is guaranteed; each purchase order will be issued individually up to the IQA expiration on 2/28/2027.
