The VA’s Veterans Health Administration is conducting a market survey (Sources‑Sought) to identify vendors capable of providing scheduled, unscheduled and preventive maintenance for a suite of Agilent mass spectrometry instruments and related nitrogen gas generators at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center in Aurora, CO. The effort is intended to support a base‑year contract (11/1/2026‑10/31/2027) with up to four one‑year extension options, totaling a possible five‑year performance period. Respondents must submit capability statements, equipment details, and answers to FAR‑related questions via email by the response deadline.
