The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for as needed plumbing services for Brenham State Supported Living Center. The contract will be for a period of time to be determined, with an estimated historical spend of $9,999.00 for the period 09/01/2026 to 08/31/2027. The contractor will be required to provide plumbing services, including maintenance and repair, to the Brenham State Supported Living Center. • The contractor must have experience in providing plumbing services to similar facilities. • The contractor must have the necessary licenses and certifications to perform the work. • The contractor must have a good reputation and be in good standing with the state. • The contractor must be able to provide the services at a competitive price.
