Fuel Services

The U.S. Embassy in Rabat, Morocco is seeking a contractor to provide fuel services, including gasoline and diesel, for a period of one year. The contract will be a fixed-price, indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery contract, with a minimum order of 10,000 liters of diesel and 10,000 liters of gasoline. The contractor will be responsible for delivering fuel to the embassy, testing for quality and cleanliness, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations. The contractor must also provide a completed IRS Form W-14, Certificate of Foreign Contracting Party Receiving Federal Procurement Payments, with each voucher or invoice submitted under the contract.
