On-Demand Transportation Services

The Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide on-demand, non-fixed-route electric shuttle services within a defined geofenced area in Downtown Orlando. The services will include operation of vehicles, mobile application, marketing and branding, and staffing. The contractor will be responsible for procuring, storing, licensing, operating, and maintaining all vehicles and charging infrastructure. The contract term is expected to be three years, with the option to extend for two additional 12-month periods. • The contractor must provide a minimum of five vehicles, including one ADA-accessible vehicle. • The contractor must operate the service daily, with 2 vehicles from 8 am to 8 pm and 3 additional vehicles from 10 am to 10 pm. • The contractor must provide a mobile application for riders to request pick-up and drop-off. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including vehicle safety regulations. • The contractor must provide reporting to the CRA, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. • The contractor must maintain a level of service that meets customer demand. • The contractor must operate the service in accordance with the CRA's developed branding strategy and marketing program.
