Austin Peay State University is seeking a qualified contractor to provide 24‑hour towing services across its campus. The vendor must respond to police‑initiated and university‑initiated calls within 30 minutes, handle vehicle impound and storage, collect citations before release, and maintain professional conduct with students and staff. Pricing is submitted via a detailed cost sheet covering standard tow, after‑hours tow, impound/storage rates, mileage, and release fees; all quotes must be all‑inclusive and tax‑free. The contract is a one‑year base term with an optional single‑extension of up to nine additional years, and may be terminated by the university with 60 days notice.
