USNS APALACHICOLA Regular Overhaul and Dry Docking

The US Navy is seeking a contractor to perform a regular overhaul and dry docking of the USNS APALACHICOLA (T-EPF 13). The work will be performed at the contractor's facility, located on the U.S. East/Gulf Coast. The anticipated period of performance is from January 5, 2027, to June 5, 2027. The solicitation is a total small business set-aside, and the Navy expects to receive proposals from two or more small businesses. Key aspects of the job include: • Preparation for and accomplishment of the regular overhaul and dry docking of the USNS APALACHICOLA • Performance of the work at the contractor's facility • Compliance with the restrictions on dissemination set forth in the Distribution Statement • Establishment of organizational controls to control access to the Data and prevent disclosure to unauthorized representatives • Return or destruction of the Data upon completion of the work or award of the contract to another entity
