The Maryland Department of Human Services is issuing a secondary‑competition Purchase Order Request for Proposals (PORFP) to acquire new, unused Apple Mac Mini computers under its 2015 Desktop, Laptop and Tablet Master Contract (BPO #060B5400007). Only vendors who are certified Small Business Reserve participants and who are current Master Contractors on the referenced contract may submit a bid, accompanied by a Letter of Authorization from Apple or an authorized reseller. The solicitation is fixed‑price, requires pricing to be valid for at least 90 days, and mandates inclusion of the manufacturer’s suggested retail price screenshot.
