Repair / Replacement of Mission and Industrial HVAC and Refrigeration Systems

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is conducting market research to determine the capability of businesses to provide repair and replacement services for mission and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ and Benet Labs, NY. The services will be provided through Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs). The scope of work includes repair, maintenance, modification, or modernization of various systems, including process refrigeration, laboratory environment control systems, and industrial dehumidifiers. • The contractor will be required to provide technical expertise and perform repairs and modifications with qualified technicians and engineers. • The contractor will need to provide all necessary parts and components, except for desktop computers and laptops. • The contractor will be required to provide documentation, including warranty documents and service records. • The contractor will need to coordinate with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and facility representatives. • The contractor will be required to provide a written quotation, sequence of repairs, and submittals on major components.
