Description
The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is seeking bids for the removal and disposal of the existing shop and hay barn, and the installation of a new pre-engineered metal shop building at the Oak Ridge SWA - Bel Aire location. The project includes site grading and earthwork, compacted ABC, concrete foundation, subgrade drainage system, and interior concrete slab. The successful bidder will be required to furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals needed to complete the project. The project is expected to be completed within 120 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
