Vending Machine Services

The contract will be for a period of one year, with an estimated gross sales of $82,000 per year. The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, business registration, and data breach. The vendor must also provide a refund procedure and familiarity with the equipment and service areas. • The vendor must provide a list of approved products, which includes snacks, beverages, and microwavable items. • The vendor must provide pricing information for each product. • The vendor must provide information on their current and prior contracts for vending machine services. • The vendor must provide a detailed report of sales by vending machine, including machine number, product, and beginning and ending reading of all transaction counters.
