Genome Sequencing

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to provide Genome Sequencing Services. The contractor will be responsible for providing a sound and compliant approach that meets all requirements and shows a thorough understanding of them. The service will be performed at the NEA Animal Genomics and Improvement, 10300 Baltimore Avenue, Bldg 005, RM 306, BARC-West, Beltsville, MD 20705. The key aspects of this opportunity include: • The contract is a Total Small Business Set-Aside, and the applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 541380. • The small business size standard is $19M. • The period of performance is from 07/06/2026 to 07/05/2027. • The offeror must provide a technical capability narrative that includes a general confirmation of technical capability to perform to the requirements of Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement and QASP. • The offeror must also provide pricing for all items, and the Government will evaluate quotations based on the lowest price technically acceptable criteria.
