Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking sources for chiller repairs at the Dallas VA Medical Center. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, and supervision for the repairs. The scope of work includes replacing filters, inspecting and replacing fan and blower components, lubricating moving parts, and performing other maintenance tasks. The contractor will also be required to provide a full-time project coordinator to oversee the work and ensure compliance with VA standards.
Some of the key tasks and requirements include:
• Replacing filters and performing other maintenance tasks on a quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis
• Inspecting and replacing fan and blower components, and lubricating moving parts
• Providing a full-time project coordinator to oversee the work and ensure compliance with VA standards
• Ensuring that all subcontractors are in the VA vendor profile and comply with VA terms and conditions
• Providing certified manufacturer replacement parts and ensuring that all parts are proprietary to the manufacturer
