Description
The Pierce County Board of Education is seeking proposals to replace the surveillance camera video recorders located at each school in the district. The selected vendor will be responsible for supplying, installing, and configuring new video recorders to support the cameras and doors at five schools. The vendor will also need to transfer cameras, licenses, users, maps, and views from the old video recorders to the new ones and configure access control management and user accounts.
• The project includes replacing video recorders at five schools: Blackshear Elementary, Midway Elementary, Patterson Elementary, Pierce County Middle, and Pierce County High.
• The vendor must provide line item pricing and include pricing for any recurring costs, such as licenses or support, for a five-year period.
• The weighted factors contributing to the award are Cost of Services (50%), Technical Components & Compatibility (45%), and Georgia K12 References & Previous Experience (5%).
