Description
The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) is seeking offers from qualified vendors for Oracle PeopleSoft Licensed Software and Software Support Services. The scope of services includes providing software licenses and support services for CPA's Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System (CAPPS). The contract term is expected to be 48 months, with optional extensions. The successful respondent will be required to provide software updates, technical support, and other related services.
• The contract is expected to commence on September 1, 2026.
• The CPA reserves the right to procure additional quantities of perpetual licenses of the existing software programs to support future growth.
• The successful respondent will be required to provide software support services, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades.
• The contract will be awarded based on the best value standard, considering factors such as the respondent's past performance, qualifications, and experience, as well as the cost of the services.
