Description
The Colquitt County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids for HVAC maintenance services for various county buildings. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining and servicing all HVAC-related components, including air handling units, chillers, boilers, and other equipment. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to five years. The contractor must have a minimum of five years of experience and must be licensed and insured.

* Maintaining all HVAC equipment
* Performing monthly and annual preventive maintenance services
* Reporting any equipment repairs needed to the Maintenance Superintendent
* Providing recommendations for equipment replacement
* Providing after-hour service with a maximum 2-hour response time
