The City and County of Denver is seeking a contractor to provide citywide janitorial services, excluding Denver International Airport. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, tools, equipment, and supplies to perform the required services. The contract term is approximately 3 years, with two 1-year renewal options. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and city ordinances, including those related to minority and women-owned business enterprise (MWBE) participation.
