Description
The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency is seeking bids for conference facilities for a Type IV Basic conference. The conference will be held from April 14-16, 2026, and the venue must be located within 35 miles of St. Cloud, MN, or within 25 miles of Elk River, MN. The contract includes room rental, catering, AV equipment rental, and lodging. The successful bidder will be required to provide a detailed cost breakdown and comply with all terms and conditions of the solicitation.
• The contract term is anticipated to be from April 14, 2026, to April 16, 2026.
• The State reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive or modify any informalities, and require responders to conduct presentations or submit samples.
• The State will evaluate bids based on the established selection process, and the award will be made to the bidder that is in the best interest of the State.
• The successful bidder must comply with all terms and conditions of the solicitation, including providing a Certificate of Insurance prior to contract execution.
