Description
The State Foundation on Culture and the Arts is seeking event equipment rental services for Friday night events at Capitol Modern: The Hawaii State Art Museum. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, from December 2025 to December 2026. The successful vendor will be required to provide event tent equipment rental services for various events, including First Friday and Friday Night Tempo. The vendor must be compliant with all applicable state and federal statutes, and proof of compliance is required through Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) or via paper documentation.
• The vendor must provide all necessary equipment and personnel to set up and take down the event tent.
• The vendor must ensure that the event tent is installed and removed in a safe and efficient manner.
• The vendor must be available to provide services for all scheduled events, including Fridays and Saturdays.
• The vendor must be compliant with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to taxes, employment, and worker's compensation.
