The South Huntington Union Free School District is seeking a vendor to supply a variety of signage items and optionally provide on‑site installation across its schools and facilities. The contract is a one‑year fixed‑price agreement with an option to renew up to three additional one‑year terms, subject to board approval. Bidders must submit sealed proposals by the June 4 2026 deadline and meet extensive insurance, bonding, and prevailing‑wage requirements.
• Scope includes fabrication of interior/exterior, way‑finding, and branding signs, with optional installation services.
• Vendor must hold all required licenses, provide a 10 % bid bond and a 100 % performance bond, and maintain comprehensive insurance (CGL $1M/$2M, auto $1M CSL, EPLI $1M, umbrella $5M, etc.).
