Description
The Bank of North Dakota (BND) is seeking qualified vendors to deliver and integrate Fiserv‑based technology solutions and to optimize related business processes. The effort will involve assessing current banking systems, installing Fiserv software, ensuring seamless integration, and refining workflows to improve efficiency and service delivery. This is an open RFP targeting vendors with proven experience in banking technology implementation and process improvement.
• Provide Fiserv software/technology and related licensing as needed.
• Integrate the new solutions with BND’s existing infrastructure, including data migration and interface development.
• Conduct business‑process analysis and redesign to maximize the value of the technology (e.g., workflow automation, reporting enhancements).
• Offer training, support, and change‑management services to ensure successful adoption by BND staff.
