Description
The City of Palm Bay is seeking a vendor to provide a full-service copier lease, including standalone and multi-function products, for a period of time to be determined. The contract requires the vendor to provide all related software, supplies, and maintenance services, except for paper and staples. The City has a need for approximately 34 copiers, which will be located at 15 different locations throughout the city. The vendor must be able to provide personalized copiers with features on a department-by-department basis, add additional machines throughout the lease term, upgrade standalone copiers to multi-function products, and upgrade from black and white to color throughout the lease term.
• The contract includes a lease price that covers delivery, installation, monthly hardware lease payment, and monthly maintenance fee per machine, plus training.
• The vendor is responsible for paying all applicable taxes on the equipment provided under the contract, including property taxes.
• The monthly maintenance fee includes a pre-defined allowed number of copies per machine, plus all maintenance, parts, and supplies, except for paper and staples.
• The City requires the vendor to provide a full-service digital copier lease contract, with all equipment being the same brand and manufacture.
• The vendor must be able to provide all the equipment described in the contract, with no remanufactured or used machines considered.
