Supervised Childcare Services

The County of Fresno, on behalf of the Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) and the Department of Public Health (DPH), is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide supervised child care services. The selected vendor will provide supervised child care services at two locations, The Heritage Centre and The West Fresno Regional Center, from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2023. The contract has a total value of $487,646 for the initial 3-year term, with the possibility of renewal for two additional 12-month periods. The vendor will provide care and supervision to children/siblings of clients while they receive mental health services. The vendor will also provide daily logs and activity reports to track service usage and client satisfaction. • The contract requires the vendor to provide supervised childcare services for children of clients receiving mental health services. • The vendor must provide services at two locations, The Heritage Centre and The West Fresno Regional Center. • The contract has a total value of $487,646 for the initial 3-year term. • The vendor will provide daily logs and activity reports to track service usage and client satisfaction. • The contract may be renewed for two additional 12-month periods, contingent upon availability of funds and satisfactory performance.
