Peanut Butter for CDC Warehouse

The State of Iowa, through the Iowa Department of Administrative Services, is seeking a vendor to provide peanut butter to the CDC Warehouse. The contract term will be for one year with the option for up to two annual extensions. The vendor will be required to provide quarterly sales reports and pay an administrative fee of 1.00% on all sales made against the resulting contract. The contract is subject to execution of the written contract and may be canceled by the State at any time prior to the execution of the written contract. • The contract requires the vendor to provide creamy peanut butter in various packaging sizes, including 6/5 lb cases, 35 lb pails, and 1 oz containers. • The vendor must agree to the terms and conditions of the contract, including the payment terms and administrative fee. • The vendor must complete their vendor registration in the IMPACS Vendor Portal and provide additional information, including TIN, contacts, addresses, and order distribution information.
