Provision of Community Services

The contract is for the provision of community services by Central Florida Diaper Bank, Inc. to Orange County, Florida. The services to be provided are outlined in Exhibit A, which is incorporated by reference into the contract. The contract also includes performance measures and expectations, as well as requirements for facility use and documentation. The contract term is for 2 years, with the option for renewal.
