CUBS Bill Print and Mail, Bill Online Presentment and Customer Portal

The County of Sacramento is seeking a contractor to provide Consolidated Utilities Billing and Service (CUBS) Bill Print and Mail, Bill Online Presentment and Customer Portal. The contract period will be for one year, with six optional one-year extensions. The contractor will be responsible for providing utility billing, mailing, and online presentment processing support.
