AWARD PINS AND RELATED ITEMS

The contract is for the provision of award pins and related items to the County of Orange, Social Services Agency (SSA). The contract is valued at $37,500 and has a term of 5 years, commencing on March 1, 2022, and ending on February 28, 2027. The contractor is required to provide the services at the fixed rates specified in the contract and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Regional Cooperative Agreement (RCA) incorporated into the contract. The contract also includes provisions for invoicing, payment, and termination. • The contract is a subordinate contract to the Regional Cooperative Agreement (RCA) MA-017-22010011. • The contractor is required to certify that neither the contractor nor its principals are debarred, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in the transaction by any federal department or agency. • The contract includes a provision for the contractor to receive payment directly to their bank account via an Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) process. • The contract includes a provision for the contractor to provide an acceptable invoice format, which must include the contractor's name and address, invoice number and date, and description of services/goods and date ordered.
