PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

This contract is for the procurement of promotional items, including apparel, drinkware, bags, office supplies, and other miscellaneous items. The contract was awarded to Alpha I Inc. t/a Village Office Supply, and the County of Ocean will be utilizing this contract to purchase promotional items for various purposes. The contract has a term of one year, and the vendor is required to provide discounts off of their current list pricing. The County reserves the right to order any quantity necessary to meet their requirements, and the vendor is responsible for delivering the items in first-class condition within five working days. Some key aspects of the contract include: • The vendor must have a website that shows current list prices for all items in the specified categories. • The County will apply the awarded discount percentage to the current list pricing to get the net pricing. • Setup charges are allowed for the preparation of necessary equipment and materials to customize promotional products. • The vendor is responsible for exchanging products that do not give satisfactory performance. • Items depicted online must be readily available for purchase, and the vendor must indicate the status of items that are backordered.
