SAND, GRAVEL, STONE AND TOPSOIL

This contract is for the provision of sand, gravel, stone, and topsoil to the County of Ocean. The contract was awarded to six vendors: Mitchell Products, LLC; Mazza Mulch, Inc.; Stavola Construction Materials, Inc.; Herman's Trucking, Inc.; Brickwall Corporation; and Recycling of Central Jersey, LLC. The contract period is from May 4, 2022, to May 3, 2023. The vendors will provide the materials as specified in the contract, and the County of Ocean will pay for the materials upon approval of vouchers submitted by the vendors. • The contract includes various types of sand, gravel, stone, and topsoil. • The vendors will deliver the materials to the County of Ocean. • The contract has a duration of one year. • The County of Ocean reserves the right to extend the term of the contract. • The contract is for the furnishing and delivery of sand, gravel, stone, and topsoil. • The vendors have extended this contract to County Cooperative Contract System Participants.
