Temporary Planner Services

The City of Palm Bay is seeking temporary planner services to assist with comprehensive plan text, future land use map, rezoning, PUD/Subdivision, variance application, and text amendment reviews. The selected vendors will provide professional services for these tasks, including detailed reports on development proposals, collecting statistical data, preparation of maps, and other related documents for public hearing cases.
