RFP 2019-30 Migration Implementation Support

This contract provides Fixed‑Price consulting services to support Covered California’s migration of its Small‑Business (CCSB) program to a new Third‑Party Administrator platform. The contractor will manage project coordination, oversee technical migration activities, maintain staffing continuity, and deliver documentation and training to ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruption to consumers and partners. The work must be performed during standard California business hours, and all deliverables are subject to Covered California’s acceptance before invoicing. • Scope includes project management, technical migration oversight, and training for the new TPA platform. • Contractor must retain a qualified project team for the full contract term and obtain written approval for any staff substitutions. • Fixed‑price ceiling of $165,000; optional one‑year extension at agency discretion.
