Description
This contract awards a concession to operate the OHV Landing Kitchen at the Morrow‑Grant County OHV Park. The contractor will provide all food‑service functions, including menu development, staffing, daily cleaning, and compliance with health regulations, operating at least Thursday‑Sunday (plus holidays) throughout the May‑November season. Revenue is shared, with the contractor keeping 90 % of gross sales and remitting 10 % to the county each month. The county supplies janitorial supplies and equipment; the contractor provides food inventory, licenses, and any additional equipment. Insurance coverage of at least $1 M each for general liability and workers’ compensation is required, and the contractor must adhere to branding and social‑media guidelines. The agreement may be renewed annually, pending a review by November 30.
