PRICE TERM AGREEMENT FOR PRINTING ENVELOPES

The County of Hawaii is seeking a vendor to provide printing services for envelopes. The contract is for a price term agreement from July 1, 2014, to June 30, 2015. The vendor will be required to print return or mailing addresses on #10 window envelopes and #10 plain envelopes, as well as #6-3/4 plain envelopes. The envelopes will be provided by the County of Hawaii and will be available for pick-up by the winning vendor. The contract includes various items, including #10 window envelopes (per box and per case), #10 plain envelopes (per box and per case), and #6-3/4 plain envelopes (per box and per case). The vendor will be required to provide proof before printing, and the total price should be inclusive of any set-up fees, shipping, and/or taxes. • The contract is for a period of one year. • The vendor will be required to deliver the printed envelopes to various departments and agencies in East Hawaii and West Hawaii. • The contract includes an approximate quantity of envelopes to be printed, but the County of Hawaii reserves the right to purchase part of or more than the estimated quantity. • The vendor will be required to provide a unit price for each item, and the total price will be calculated based on the quantity of each item.
