BMW OEM Parts and Service

This contract is for the provision of BMW OEM parts and repair services to the City of Tucson. The contractor, Iron Horse Motorcycles LLC, will provide all necessary materials, consumables, parts, and labor to maintain and repair the City's BMW motorcycles. The contract has a term of 5 years, with the option to renew for an additional 4 years. The total payment under this agreement shall not exceed $250,000.00. The contract includes provisions for payment terms, insurance requirements, and termination. The City of Tucson reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time, with or without cause, upon giving 30 days written notice. • The contract includes a detailed scope of work, including the provision of oil and filter services, run-in services, and scheduled maintenance. • The contractor is required to provide a vehicle diagnostics report and repair estimate to the City's Contract Representative prior to undertaking repair services. • The contract includes provisions for payment terms, including a 10% discount on parts and a $10.00 per labor hour discount on the contractor's shop rate. • The contract requires the contractor to maintain insurance coverage, including commercial general liability, commercial automobile liability, and workers' compensation. • The contract includes provisions for termination, including termination for cause, termination for convenience, and termination due to non-appropriation of funds.
