Provision of Community Services

This contract is for the provision of community services by Heart of Florida United Way, Inc. to Orange County, Florida. The services include providing information and referral services, basic needs assessment, and community linkages. The contract has a term of three years, from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2027, and has a total funding of $616,683.13. The vendor is required to provide quarterly reports and invoices, and to maintain accurate records of all participants involved in the program. The contract also includes provisions for noncompliance, termination, and renewal.
