PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

This contract is for the procurement of promotional items, including apparel, drinkware, bags, office supplies, and more. The contract was awarded to American Filing Solutions, and the County of Ocean reserves the right to order any quantity necessary to meet its requirements. The contract has a term of one year, and the vendor is responsible for delivery of all materials ordered in first-class condition. Some key points of the contract include: • The vendor must have a website that contains pictures and descriptions of items, item numbers, packaging, and current list pricing. • Discounts offered shall be applied to the current list pricing available on the website or in the catalog. • The County shall apply the appropriate awarded discount percentage to the current list pricing to get the net pricing. • Delivery shall be FOB destination, and the vendor shall be responsible for the delivery of all material ordered in first-class condition and in accordance with good commercial practice. • The vendor shall be notified and shall exchange the product within five working days, at no cost to the County, if a product supplied is not giving satisfactory performance.
