Delinquent Account Collection Services

The City of Temple is seeking a vendor to provide delinquent account collection services. The contract period is from October 1, 2015, to September 30, 2017, with the option to extend for an additional three one-year periods. The City intends to award the contract in its entirety to one vendor. The vendor will be responsible for providing collection services as described in Section II of the request for proposal (RFP) document.
