RFP 22-226 Videographer for Juneau Douglas City Museum

The City and Borough of Juneau is seeking a videographer to produce twelve short artist statement films for the Juneau Douglas City Museum. The contractor will be responsible for planning, scheduling, managing, filming, and editing the interviews, as well as providing all necessary equipment. The contract period will be from the date of award through September 9, 2022. The contractor will meet with the museum director within fourteen days of contract award to establish a schedule for interviews, filming, and bi-weekly status meetings. • The contractor will produce at least two films per month during the contract period. • The contractor will provide all necessary equipment for the project. • The contractor will meet with the museum director to establish a schedule for interviews, filming, and bi-weekly status meetings. • The contractor will provide the museum with introductions and contact information for artists, access to artwork, and high-quality photos of artwork. • The contractor will retain all rights and ownership for all items and images produced as a result of this contract.
