Employee Leadership and Development

The City of Tucson has awarded a contract to AZ86 Business Services LLC for employee leadership and development services. The contract includes various services such as standard seminars, keynote speaking, custom facilitation, coaching, and strategic planning. The services will be provided on an as-needed basis, and the city intends to negotiate scope and pricing for specific engagements at the time of said engagement. The contract has a term of five years, unless terminated, canceled, or extended. The city reserves the right to award by individual line item, by group of line items, or as a total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the city. Some key points of this contract include: • The city's values of collaboration, integrity, excellence, and respect will be incorporated into the services provided. • The city's developmental priorities, such as excellent customer service, stable financial environment, smart city focus, and employee-focused organization, will be supported by the services provided. • The contractor will provide services in one or more of the five established categories, including standard seminars, keynote speaking, custom facilitation, coaching, and strategic planning, and live online training or web-based workshops. • The contractor will be required to obtain insurance coverage, including commercial general liability and commercial automobile liability. • The city reserves the right to reject any or all quotes, or portions thereof, and to reissue a request for quote.
