CMGC Services for East County Flagship Library

This contract is for Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) Services for the East County Flagship Library. The project involves the design and construction of a 95,000 square foot library, with a focus on sustainability, equity, and community engagement. The contract will be awarded through a Request for Proposal (RFP) process, and the selected vendor will be expected to work collaboratively with the County and other stakeholders to deliver the project.
