Ambulance Services and Personnel

This contract is for ambulance services and personnel between the City of Cottonwood and Verde Valley Ambulance Company. The City of Cottonwood will provide EMS providers certified by the Arizona Department of Health Services Bureau of Emergency Medical Services & Trauma System to provide ambulance staffing at the ALS level. Verde Valley Ambulance Company will provide one ALS ambulance to be stationed at the City of Cottonwood. The contract includes provisions for compensation, insurance, and confidentiality.
